I was recommended this auto transmission shop from another mechanics in Hawthorne. I was very satisfied with the work. I dealt with the owner Alex and he was fantastic. He explained everything to me (and I don't know anything about transmissions) but he broke it down very easily. The price was great and they did a really good job. Thank you Alex and your team.

Quality work performed by Alex and staff. Highly recommended. I already tried 2 transmission rebuilding shops in Hawthorne, CA before finally going to KC Quality Transmissions. I got a great price and it got done in a reasonable amount of time. It's been over a year since the work was performed and the transmission on my Honda is going strong.

After speaking to Alex about my issues , and they were addressed! I was asked to remove my first post about KC quality transmission.... after giving it much thought I decided to change it, eventhough we had a disagreement! His shop does excellent work and I never had a problem with the workmanship and the service performed on my vehicle. I would recommend this shop to a family member or friend, it was excellent , JUST MAKE SURE TO HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORK BEING DONE BEFORE ITS BEING DONE !
